CARE Ratings Limited’s committee approved allotment of shares to employees under a stock option scheme As on : 05-Aug-26  20:44

CARE Ratings Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 6,766 equity shares to employees under the CARE Employee Stock Option Scheme 2020, increasing the company's paid-up share capital from Rs 30,08,71,460 consisting of 3,00,87,146 equity shares to Rs 30,09,39,120 consisting of 3,00,93,912 equity shares.
